wow, jake has a really nice ass. and everything else, for that matter. whenever he comes over dirk is tempted to play ‘sexy and i know it’ and not even ironically. instead he settles for butt touches and watching the shittiest movies honestly who besides jake could think these are any good at all. sitting through them is worth it though, when they cuddle up and end up just ignoring the new adam sandler masterpiece entirely.

who’d even think of rum in cake or cake-flavoured vodka? clearly, someone with a lot of time on their hands. jane would never complain about it, though, since it was just another way to get in some quality girlfriend bonding with roxy.

“do you ever miss him?” asks stephanie, trying to pick up a chili cheese dog. it doesn’t work, and she reaches across the table for a napkin.
jason shrugs. “nah.”
“why not? he did so much for you.”
“you too. why should i cry about not being robin anymore?” jason ignores steph’s example, grabbing his food and not caring one bit about where it ends up.
“i just thought that maybe you’d appreciate it.”

“It’s a knight’s duty to assist the hero of space in frog breeding.” At least, that’s what Kanaya told him when he gave up on frog duties. They spent ages looking around for the last one, and in the end Karkat fucked off to find Jade instead. A knight so bad at his job can take one break, can’t he? Even if it’s not really a break at all since of course Jade’s another goddamn space hero.
